All payments are made on-line through a secure payment gate-away.

We hold various insurance mechanisms, which include but are not limited to; PI, employer's indemnity, contract works and public liability insurance. A copy of insurance is automatically provided when a client signs our terms and agreements.

On average, we allow between 3-4 online face-to-face meetings to discuss and present your project. This is not a limitation, but we find that our system is well matured, and on average, we only need 3-4 meetings to get an average project over the line.

Our meetings are booked in advance, so in most cases we book it, times to suit our clients free-time. Our typical working hours are between 10am - 6pm, but we can extend meetings to 9pm if booked in advance.
